Form Submissions
When you submit information to this website via a contact form, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace and the message is directed to my E-Mail account (maria@bymariaoconnor.com). Users contacting me through this website do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Messages, online forms, contract signing and personal data information is stored via Studio Ninja who themselves are GDPR compliant.
Newsletter & Brochure/PDFDownloads
If you sign up to my newsletter or download my brochure or any other downloadable content. Your details (name & email address) will be shared with my email automation provider MailerLite. MailerLite tracks open & click rates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in one of the emails you received.
Galleries
All client galleries are delivered password protected with www.pic-time.com. Automated reminders are sent out via pic-time to clients to give them notice about their gallery expiry. The clients email-address is entered in pic-time for this purpose only.
